A young family acquired this old house and immediately started thinking of ways to upgrade the property and create more living space. Partnering with us and Simon King Architects, the homeowners got the modern, stylish house they were dreaming of.

We demolished the rear of the existing property, creating more space for a master bedroom. Obviously, a master bedroom would never be good enough without the most spacious walk-in wardrobe. We didn’t stop there. The renovation also encompassed a new kitchen, spacious living and dining areas. Through all the upgrades, the homeowners can now enjoy all the amenities their four-bedroom, three-bathroom home has to offer.
