We enjoyed the challenges and creative opportunities created during this Kingsville home renovation.

The J A Construct team worked on a home remodel that still aimed to carry the original spirit of this Edwardian home built in the 1920s. Our work included lots of upgrades – from the construction of a new kitchen to giving the property’s original aesthetics a much-needed facelift. We demolished the rear of the house, optimising the available space and creating a new kitchen, laundry, dining, and living areas.

The main bathroom got an update to benefit from everything modern amenities have to offer. Polished concrete floors were also chosen that aligned well with the Edwardian style while also giving the young homeowners practical appeal and ease of maintenance.
